醫(yī)療器械注冊申報(bào)時(shí)，需提交的“非臨床資料”中有一項(xiàng)“研究資料”，那么研究資料中的檢測報(bào)告，如病毒學(xué)試驗(yàn)、免疫學(xué)試驗(yàn)等，是否必須由具有相應(yīng)資質(zhì)的檢測機(jī)構(gòu)出具呢？
根據(jù)國家藥監(jiān)局器審中心的答復(fù)，研究資料中的檢測報(bào)告屬于設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證的一種證據(jù)形式，法規(guī)對于上述檢測報(bào)告的出具機(jī)構(gòu)及資質(zhì)等無明確要求，因此對于病毒學(xué)試驗(yàn)、免疫學(xué)試驗(yàn)等檢測報(bào)告，沒有檢測機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)的硬性要求。
